A man was filmed throwing rocks on the 110 Freeway in Los Angeles, causing flat tires and a motorcycle crash.

The video, captured around 3:30 a.m. by the service OnSceneTV, shows what appears to be a homeless man crouching behind a barrier on the side of the highway near 23rd Street. The man threw several stones on the road for unknown reasons.


One of these rocks struck a motorcyclist, who then slid off his bike for what appeared to be several dozen feet. He was able to get up under his own power and the drivers behind him managed to stop their vehicles in time to avoid him.
