President Biden is scheduled to hold a Juneteenth concert on the South Lawn of the White House Monday evening, ahead of next week’s federal holiday. Performers include Patti LaBelle and Gladys Knight. Biden signed bipartisan legislation in 2021 making June 11 the nation’s 11th federal holiday.
