Triple murder suspect in Oklahoma, Alabama slayings apprehended in Arkansas

A man wanted for three murders in Oklahoma and Alabama was arrested Thursday morning in Arkansas, authorities said.

Stacy Lee Drake, 50, “was located and arrested this morning in Arkansas by the Morrilton Police Department and Arkansas State Police,” according to a statement from the Arkansas Bureau of Investigation. Oklahoma State.

The suspect’s last known address is in Birmingham, but authorities in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, said he spent several days recently in their community.

The man is also wanted by Tuscaloosa County sheriff’s deputies in connection with the May 14 killing of Russell Andrews, 62, in Alabama, officials said.
