Texas voters went to the polls Tuesday to decide who will advance to the November general election in a number of runoff elections. Two notable races, including one that reflects infighting between establishment Republicans and party hard-liners, as well as another that will determine which GOP candidate faces a Democratic incumbent in November who has been embroiled in a legal controversy.
